Job Summary
Supporting Sutter Health's Digital Services learning and training team, the full-time Multimedia Specialist will focus on converting Epic EHR onboarding courses into Amplifire adaptive learning modules while collaborating with training leads and subject matter experts in a 100% remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Accelerate the conversion of instructor-led Epic EHR training into digital learning modules
- Advise on role and course conversions for digital learning initiatives
- Create, revise, and support Amplifire learning content to enhance training effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Experience with Epic EHR training, onboarding, or related workflow content
- Familiarity with the Amplifire adaptive learning platform
- Proven ability to convert instructor-led training into digital or adaptive learning modules
- Experience collaborating with training delivery teams and subject matter experts
- Strong background in supporting healthcare education programs or EHR onboarding
