Multimedia Technician
Job Summary
Providing comprehensive audio-visual and multimedia services, the full-time Multimedia Technician will support clinical meetings, Grand Rounds, and special events while delivering desktop systems and help desk support in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain multimedia systems for clinical meetings and special events, ensuring high-quality user experiences
- Provide video conferencing support, including setup, moderation, and troubleshooting, while interacting with remote participants
- Record and live stream audio and video content, utilizing advanced production equipment and post-production tools
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 3+ years of experience with computer and/or audio-visual systems
- CTS and/or A-Plus Certification (preferred)
