Multistate Deed Paralegal

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented full-time Multistate Deed Paralegal, this remote position will manage the preparation of complex real property conveyance documents and coordinate entity formations to support trust and ownership structures across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize various types of deeds across multiple states
• Analyze title commitments and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage deed execution logistics, including notarization and recording submissions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate law, title, or transactional support
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; Paralegal certificate strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience drafting deeds in multiple U.S. jurisdictions
• Familiarity with entity structures (LLCs, corporations, trusts) and authority documentation
• Experience with e-recording platforms and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
