Multistate HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Generalist to support HR functions and enhance employee experiences in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR-related needs and ensure compliance with multistate employment laws
• Facilitate onboarding processes and support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Administer HRIS functions and assist with performance management and employee relations matters

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
• Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field; PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
• Experience with leave of absence administration and HRIS platforms
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
