Multistate Licensed Clinical Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Triage Nurse, RN with a multi-state license to work from Sunday to Wednesday, 9:30 AM to 8 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient symptoms and provide appropriate medical advice during inbound sick calls
• Review clinical test results and summarize findings for provider review
• Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance and coordinate care with the healthcare team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing education program as a Registered Nurse
• Current valid RN license with the ability to obtain multi-state licensure within 6 months of hire
• Completion of required nursing continuing education requirements
• Strong comprehension of medical terminology and pharmaceuticals
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
