Job Summary

To provide critical healthcare guidance, the full-time Multistate Licensed Clinical Triage Nurse will assess patient symptoms, offer medical advice, and coordinate care remotely while managing inbound sick calls from patients.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritizes and responds promptly to inbound calls and voicemails, providing exceptional customer service
• Conducts thorough assessments of patients' symptoms and medical history, utilizing evidence-based guidelines to determine urgency
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure patient needs are met and effectively communicates findings and follow-up steps

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program as a Registered Nurse
• Current valid RN license with the ability to obtain and maintain licensure in all service states within 6 months of hire
• Satisfactory completion of required nursing continuing education requirements
• Strong comprehension of medical terminology and pharmaceuticals
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
