Multistate Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director (Clinical Focus) to join their clinical team remotely for 30+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality telehealth care focused on prevention, weight management, chronic disease management, and lifestyle interventions for older adults (65+)
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of physicians and nurse practitioners while overseeing clinical protocols and complex cases
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop clinical policies, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and lead quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Lifestyle Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical licenses in CA, TX, PA; multistate license preferred
• 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• 2+ years experience in telehealth with proficiency in EMRs and communication tools
• Strong foundation in preventive and lifestyle-focused care, with familiarity in MSK conditions preferred
