Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time salaried Multistate Licensed Nurse Manager will oversee a cohort of virtual nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing nurse performance, and fostering a collaborative team culture in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for the quality and safety of patient care delivered by the nurse cohort
• Lead and manage a team of remote nurses, addressing performance and attendance issues as needed
• Advocate for nurses and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance care delivery operations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience
• Current, active RN license with multistate licensure required
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a management or operations role
• Strong understanding of the healthcare continuum and PocketRN's strategic fit
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong critical-thinking skills
