Multistate Licensed Nursing Faculty

Job Summary

To support student learning in nursing, the part-time Multistate Licensed Nursing Faculty will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses remotely, engage with students through discussions and live lectures, and serve as subject matter experts while maintaining course rigor and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate nursing courses, facilitating student engagement and course completion
• Conduct weekly outreach to students, provide timely feedback on submissions, and host live lectures
• Assist with curriculum maintenance and address academic integrity concerns as needed

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing for undergraduate courses or terminal degree in nursing for graduate courses from an accredited institution
• Active, unencumbered multistate nursing licensure
• Experience teaching in an online environment at the college/university level
• Preferred certification in nursing education and experience with Blackboard learning management system
• Ability to provide own equipment, including a computer and reliable internet access
