Job Summary
To support a growing acute care team, the part-time Acute Care Pediatric Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive virtual care for medically complex pediatric patients, utilizing clinical expertise in triaging and nursing assessments while navigating multiple software platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver proactive virtual acute care and perform nursing assessments for pediatric patients
- Execute clinical triage protocols to determine appropriate patient disposition for acute illnesses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to plan and implement patient-centered care
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited university
- Multistate Compact Licensed RN
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- 4+ years of experience in pediatric nursing
- 1-2 years of experience in a Pediatric ED/Urgent Care preferred
