Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for a weekend shift.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor real-time physiological alerts and differentiate between stable and urgent conditions for high-risk outpatients
Perform telemedicine visits and monitor telehealth exercise sessions to enhance patient mobility and function
Act as a continuous point of contact for families, coordinating community resources and collaborating with healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, with a Multistate/Compact (NLC) license required
5+ years of experience in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, ER, or ICU, with at least 1 year focused on chronic cardiopulmonary conditions
Experience using Google Workspace for professional communication and office needs
Proven ability to quickly learn new software or platforms
BSN preferred; ADN required
