Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse for Telehealth Nursing during evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote patient assessments, triage, and develop individualized care plans
• Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, resolving medication-related issues
• Accurately document patient interactions and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience or 2 years for ADN graduates
• Valid, active, unencumbered Compact/multistate RN license required within 60 days of hire
• BLS certification required
• Compliance with Work From Home requirements, including a high-speed internet connection
