Multistate Licensed Triage Nurse
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Triage Nurse - Weekend Shift - PRN - Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough telephonic assessments with proprietary tools
- Identify and address patient concerns while collaborating with providers
- Provide telephonic education to patients and ensure quality care during triage interactions
Required Qualifications:
- Compact/Multistate Licensure required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing experience
- Experience in telephonic triage is required
- Nursing license must be active and in good standing
