Key Responsibilities

• Execute bi-weekly multistate payroll for over 140 employees using Rippling
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and manage tax accounts

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of multistate payroll experience preferred
• Experience with Rippling highly preferred
• Working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
