Multistate Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing personal injury law firm, the full-time Multistate Personal Injury Case Manager will manage client interactions, document and claims management, and case management responsibilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct introductory and follow-up calls with clients to ensure high satisfaction and track treatment progress
• Manage documentation by obtaining necessary reports, setting up claims, and maintaining organized case files in Filevine
• Provide legal and administrative support by drafting necessary documents, managing medical treatment, and coordinating with paralegals and attorneys

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of personal injury pre-litigation and litigation experience
• Experience in case management and drafting legal documents such as demands and complaints
• Proficiency in managing client communications and conducting status update calls
• Ability to handle calendaring and monitoring of litigation timelines
• Familiarity with negotiating medical records and bills
