Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nursing Simulation Instructor responsible for implementing and evaluating simulation-based educational activities for nursing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and guide students through simulation activities, ensuring understanding of objectives and expectations
• Lead pre-briefing and debriefing sessions to promote reflective learning and critical thinking
• Provide feedback to students based on performance during simulations, focusing on clinical decision-making and teamwork

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required
• Certification in simulation education (such as CHSE or CHSOS) is preferred
• Multistate RN License
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on nursing experience
• Experience in healthcare simulation required
