MUMPS Developer

Job Summary

To support healthcare application development in Federal environments, the remote MUMPS Developer will develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain MUMPS routines and VistA functionality while collaborating with technical and functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify, test, and maintain MUMPS routines for VistA-based applications
• Analyze requirements and user-reported issues to implement necessary MUMPS code changes
• Troubleshoot application behavior and data issues in various environments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on MUMPS development experience
• Experience with VistA or other MUMPS-based application environments
• Ability to analyze existing code and implement fixes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of Agile SDLC practices and release support
