Municipal Researcher

Job Summary

Providing technical and administrative support to field and operations staff, the full-time Municipal Researcher will conduct document research, track municipal data for zoning reports, and communicate findings to clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct document research and submit check requests for municipal data critical to zoning work
• Write technical zoning reports and manage communication regarding report completion and delays with stakeholders
• Coordinate schedules and procure necessary information from municipalities to ensure timely project completion

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; some college preferred
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and governmental regulations
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills
