Job Summary

A company is looking for a Municipality Software Consultant - Utility Billing & Property Tax Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and configuration of municipal software systems for utility billing and property tax
• Collaborate with municipal departments to analyze business processes and recommend best practices
• Develop and deliver training for municipal staff and provide ongoing support and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience implementing municipal or public sector financial systems
• Strong understanding of utility rate structures and property tax workflows
• Experience with data migration and system configuration tools
• Familiarity with local government operations and regulations
