Music Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Music & Talent Contract Specialist to manage music and talent agreements in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including routing agreements and archiving documents
• Draft and send NDAs, licensing requests, and other agreements using established templates
• Maintain and update contract trackers, manage Purchase Orders (POs), and generate payment reports

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations, or music licensing
• Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and creative teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic signature tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Knowledge of music licensing rights in games, TV/film, or media is a plus
