Music Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Fox Entertainment Music team, the remote, entry-level Music Coordinator will assist the EVP and VP of Music, manage music production for network projects, and facilitate music licensing and agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the EVP and VP of Music with project management and coordination tasks
• Serve as the main point of contact for music production on network projects, ensuring legal compliance
• Organize and maintain music licenses, agreements, and track payments for TV music licenses

Required qualifications

• Basic math skills for budgeting and negotiations
• Knowledge of music licensing, television production, and music theory
• Previous experience in entertainment agencies, record labels, or production environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with familiarity in music cataloging software
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
