Music Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting the Fox Entertainment Music team, the remote entry-level Music Coordinator will assist the EVP and VP of Music with project management, facilitate music licensing agreements, and manage audio assets for music-intensive network projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the EVP and VP of Music by managing music production processes and communications across various teams
- Facilitate and archive music licenses and agreements while overseeing invoicing and payment tracking
- Create and manage reference charts, production timelines, and budgetary overviews for music-related projects
Required qualifications
- Basic math skills for budgeting and negotiations
- Knowledge of music licensing, television production, and music cataloging software
- Previous experience in an entertainment agency, record label, publisher, or production environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
