Music Licensing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Music Repertoire & Licensing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve content issues for DJ mixes, including outreach to rights holders and labels
• Maintain an up-to-date database of tracks and catalogs while collaborating with the DJ mix production team
• Create and maintain reports on content updates and rights changes using various client reporting technologies

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of dance and electronic music, including sub-genres
• Strong relationships with independent record labels, producers, DJs, and artists
• 5-7 years of experience in the music industry, including roles at record labels or music tech
• Understanding of music rights and experience in rights clearance
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
