Music Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end bespoke music supply chain, the contract Music Operations Coordinator will manage supplier onboarding, contract execution, and metadata management while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate metadata documents, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the music collection
• Facilitate the receipt and accurate entry of new music and artist deliveries into the data asset management system
• Monitor copyright compliance and collaborate with internal teams to address any intellectual property issues

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an arts or music organization
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel
• Experience with music industry contracts and copyright
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fluid, fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well with creatives
