Job Summary

A financial company is seeking a Mutual Insurance Customer Success Account Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate long-term client partnerships to ensure customer success
  • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of products to achieve objectives
  • Report on key account metrics and progress of quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience building relationships as an account management professional
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets
  • Experience in delivering solutions based on customer needs while working with a SaaS offering
  • Minimum 3 years lending experience or management
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
