MV Collection Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, MV Collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal subject matter expert for MV collection design, construction readiness, and commissioning across various energy projects
• Maintain and improve specifications, test templates, and commissioning checklists for MV cable systems and transformers
• Provide technical oversight during construction and commissioning, including vendor evaluations and troubleshooting for MV collection equipment issues

Required Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; a Master's or PhD is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in MV collection systems and MV Transformers for utility-scale projects
• Familiarity with IEEE/IEC standards and utility/EPC practices
• Deep expertise in MV cable systems and transformer specification and due diligence
• Strong knowledge of MV collection construction methods and QA/QC practices
