MVA Revenue Specialist

Job Summary

Investigating and analyzing Motor Vehicle Accident accounts, the full-time remote MVA Revenue Specialist will coordinate insurance benefits, resolve outstanding balances, and act as a liaison between clients, patient attorneys, and insurance companies while handling patient health information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online medical research of Motor Vehicle Accident claim payments using proprietary software and other medical websites
• Research and review medical records and supporting documentation to manage the claim life cycle and communicate with external parties
• Prepare and submit MVA billing packets with necessary documentation to insurance companies and patient attorneys

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing or collections
• 2+ years of client-facing or customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience with MVA claim resolution preferred
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
