Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst/Architect, MyChart.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains application architecture, assessing future impacts on current applications
• Optimizes application usage and workflow efficiency by integrating key systems and collaborating with operations leaders
• Provides support for upgrades, troubleshoots issues, and creates technical documentation for assigned systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant IT or Healthcare experience, specifically with Epic/MyChart
• Active MyChart certification
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed for support
