Job Summary
A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticket submissions
- Assist patients with account activation, password resets, and navigation of the MyChart Portal
- Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience with EHR systems preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant or central scheduler preferred
- Strong PC skills and experience in a high-volume, fast-paced role
- Previous call center experience preferred
