Job Summary

A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticket submissions
  • Assist patients with account activation, password resets, and MyChart Portal navigation
  • Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • Previous experience with EHR systems preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, such as a medical assistant or central scheduler, preferred
  • Strong PC skills with relevant examples of troubleshooting
  • Previous call center experience preferred
