Job Summary
A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticket submissions
- Assist patients with account activation, password resets, and MyChart Portal navigation
- Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience with EHR systems preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting, such as a medical assistant or central scheduler, preferred
- Strong PC skills with relevant examples of troubleshooting
- Previous call center experience preferred
