Job Summary
A company is looking for a MyChart Service Desk Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers by handling phone calls, chat inquiries, and ticket submissions
- Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Participate in training and development to progress from Agent in Training to a full-time agent role
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience with Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) systems preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant or central scheduler preferred
- Strong PC troubleshooting skills and call center experience preferred
- Ability to work in a quiet, secluded home office environment
