Job Summary

A company is looking for a MyChart Service Desk Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by handling phone calls, chat inquiries, and ticket submissions
  • Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Participate in training and development to progress from Agent in Training to a full-time agent role
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • Previous experience with Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) systems preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant or central scheduler preferred
  • Strong PC troubleshooting skills and call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a quiet, secluded home office environment
