Job Summary

A company is looking for a MyChart IT Support Tech (Remote within US).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and customer service for electronic medical record (EMR) applications
  • Support providers, end users, and patients with related issues
  • Utilize ticketing system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • One year of customer service and/or information technology systems support experience
  • Prior work experience in healthcare environment and/or EMR preferred
  • Experience working with a ticketing system or CRM tool preferred
