MyChart Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with clinicians and operational teams, the full-time MyChart Systems Analyst will optimize workflows, design and maintain solutions, and enhance the patient experience through technology in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain MyChart and related Epic applications to improve clinical workflows
• Support testing and implementation of new solutions in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Translate operational needs into effective technology solutions to enhance patient care

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 or more years of related application build experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of build experience with MyChart or related Epic applications
• Clinical background with knowledge of healthcare workflows and patient care needs
• MyChart Certified or proficient in MyChart and/or related Epic applications upon hire
