NAM Payroll Lead Analyst

Job Summary

As a senior individual contributor, the NAM Payroll Lead Analyst will manage complex payroll processes, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor for North America and select LATAM payroll operations in a full-time remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across US, Canadian, and LATAM payrolls, including reviewing payroll items and compliance with regulations
• Lead payroll audits, support quarter-end and year-end processes, and act as a key point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives, ensuring data integrity and effective collaboration with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Workday payroll experience, including processing and configuration familiarity
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data reconciliations and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies in a collaborative environment
