NAM Payroll Lead Analyst

Job Summary

As a senior subject-matter expert, the full-time remote NAM Payroll Lead Analyst will oversee complex payroll processes across North America and select LATAM regions, driving automation and process improvements while serving as a trusted advisor to Finance and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely payroll processing across the US, Canada, and LATAM, including overseeing payroll items and compliance with regulations
• Lead payroll audits, support quarter-end and year-end processes in Workday, and act as a primary contact for payroll-related inquiries
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation, ensuring data integrity and effective cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Proficiency in Workday payroll, including hands-on processing and system configuration
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without direct management authority
