NAM Payroll Lead Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a NAM Payroll Lead Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage complex payroll processes, drive automation and improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor within the Finance and People Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate payroll processing across US, Canadian, and select LATAM regions, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Lead payroll audits, validate results, and support quarter-end and year-end processes in Workday
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with a focus on US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Proficient in Workday payroll processing and configuration, including participation in system changes
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US states and Canadian provinces
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive efficiencies without direct management authority
