NAM Payroll Lead Analyst

Job Summary

As a senior individual contributor, the full-time remote NAM Payroll Lead Analyst will manage complex payroll processes, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor for payroll operations across North America and select LATAM regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accurate and timely payroll processing across US, Canadian, and LATAM payrolls, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies
• Oversee payroll items including base pay, bonuses, and tax deductions, ensuring correct configuration and processing in Workday
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation, while supporting payroll-related onboarding and training

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with significant exposure to US and Canadian payroll; LATAM experience preferred
• Proficiency in Workday payroll, including processing and configuration experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data reconciliation and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process efficiencies in a collaborative environment
