Job Summary
Targeting expansion opportunities within top-tier organizations, the full-time Named Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while working remotely and engaging with enterprise clients to drive customer experience solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns to identify business alignment opportunities
- Lead the sales cycle, including driving discovery meetings, forecasting, and closing deals using the Value Framework
- Collaborate with internal teams and Medallia Partners to support sales opportunities and resolve customer issues
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization
- Proven track record as a top performer in a quota-carrying sales role
- Experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts with lengthy sales cycles
- Successful history of closing large deals at the enterprise level
- Experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level
