Job Summary
Targeting expansion opportunities within top-tier organizations, the full-time Named Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while working remotely and engaging with enterprise clients to deliver tailored customer experience solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns to identify business alignment opportunities
- Lead the sales process, including discovery meetings, forecasting, and closing high-value deals
- Collaborate with internal teams and Medallia Partners to support sales opportunities and resolve customer issues
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization
- A proven top performer in a quota-carrying sales role
- Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts
- Successfully closed large deals at enterprise levels
- Experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level
