Job Summary
As a full-time remote Named Account Executive specializing in Higher Education, the successful candidate will establish and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, demonstrating the value of Salesforce products to help them achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with Higher Education clients
- Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client retention and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience, ideally with Higher Education customers
- Proven ability to work within a team in a matrixed environment
- Strong execution focus and a sense of urgency aligned with the company's mission
- Technical ability to address customer data challenges effectively
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
