Job Summary
Seeking a strategic sales professional, the full-time remote Named Account Manager will manage assigned accounts, drive sales strategies, and maintain executive partnerships to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue growth in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full accountability for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive customer planning processes and lead virtual account teams to maximize growth opportunities
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and conduct strategic account planning to enhance sales pipeline quality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive-level enterprise UCaaS or CCaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts with a history of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to customize solutions based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
