Job Summary
Seeking a strategic sales professional, the full-time CX Named Account Sales Manager will manage large enterprise accounts in Thailand, focusing on UCaaS and CCaaS sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain full accountability for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Drive customer planning processes and lead virtual account teams to build effective sales strategies
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain long-term strategic partnerships at the executive level
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of executive-level enterprise UCaaS or CCaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts while exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to customize client solutions
- Strong strategic planning and forecasting abilities
