Job Summary
Seeking a strategic sales professional, the full-time CX Named Account Sales Manager will manage assigned accounts, drive sales strategies, and maintain executive partnerships while working remotely in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full accountability for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Conduct strategic account planning and forecasting to enhance the sales pipeline and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive-level enterprise UCaaS or CCaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts while exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers up to C-level
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to customize client solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
