Job Summary

A company is looking for a Narrative Director to lead its storytelling strategy across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overarching narrative strategy across all media and public-facing channels
• Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards
• Manage media relations and cultural partnerships to drive narrative and culture change

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in narrative strategy, communications, or cultural work, preferably in advocacy or social justice
• Proven leadership and management experience with a focus on team dynamics
• Deep understanding of narrative power in movement building and political change
• Experience in building media relationships and securing earned media coverage
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
