Narrative Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Narrative Lead to oversee the writing and execution of narrative experiences in game development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of core story and narrative experiences
• Collaborate with various disciplines to ensure narrative goals are met
• Edit and create written documents for internal review and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Shipped at least one narrative-based AAA game
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a narrative lead or director in video games
• Experience leading internal teams and working with outsourcing partners
• Well versed in current-gen narrative design workflows
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
