NAT Network Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the NAT Network Engineer will design, implement, and optimize Carrier Grade NAT infrastructure while ensuring high availability and performance for large-scale broadband subscriber services.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain CGNAT platforms across multiple data centers, focusing on resilience and high availability
• Analyze traffic patterns and perform capacity planning for NAT resources to optimize performance and resource utilization
• Collaborate with Security Engineering to implement DDoS mitigation strategies and enhance network security

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with Carrier Grade NAT technologies and architectures
• Strong background in network engineering, specifically with dynamic NAT and related configurations
• Experience in capacity planning and performance optimization for large-scale networks
• Familiarity with security protocols and DDoS mitigation techniques
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and participate in on-call rotations
