Job Summary
Providing analytical and executional support for the Well-Being Collective brands at Target, the full-time National Account Associate will manage reporting tools, analyze business trends, and communicate insights to leadership while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage weekly reporting tools and dashboards for key customers and internal teams
- Utilize customer insights and syndicated data to provide actionable insights for business growth
- Monitor competitive brands and products to understand shopper trends and potential threats
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Analytics, preferably within CPG
- Proven ability to convert data into actionable insights for growth
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in syndicated databases preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively
- Resourceful self-starter with a growth mindset and problem-solving skills
