Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order process for National accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and educate them on services
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries and ensure accurate handling of orders

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed on products and services
• Equipment knowledge experience preferred
