Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, educating them on ways to improve efficiency and save costs
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction with services

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships
• Equipment knowledge is preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment
