Job Summary

- Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure prompt handling of orders
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, educating them on service benefits
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products
- Equipment knowledge is preferred
